Creating a New Schedule

Pline’s Schedule Workflow feature lets you configure and automate data extraction workflows to run at specific times, eliminating manual effort and ensuring reliable results.

Here's how to schedule a new workflow :

Step 1: Access the Pline Platform

  • Navigate to the Schedules section

  • Click on Create a new Schedule button.

Step 2: Set Up the Workflow

  • Select a workflow or use the dropdown to select the required workflow for scheduling.

  • Enter the URLs for data extraction.

  • Click the Validate Link to confirm the workflow matches the URLs

The URLs must belong to the same domain as the selected workflow.

  • Remove any invalid links if detected, then click Next.

Step 3: Create or Append a Dataset

  • Choose to create a new dataset or append to an existing one.

  • Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Configure Schedule Settings

  • Enter the schedule name, start date, and time.

  • Set the repeat frequency and end time with options like Never, End Date, or After X Runs.

Once scheduled, the workflow will run as configured.
