Viewing Scheduled Run Details

Pline offers detailed insights into your scheduled workflows, enabling you to monitor key aspects such as workflow information, extraction links, datasets, schedule summaries, and run histories.

Follow these simple steps to begin :

Access Schedule

1. Log in to the Pline Platform.

2. Navigate to the Schedules tab.

1. Click on the desired schedule to view its details.

Upon selection, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of the schedule, including the following:

Workflow Details

Provides key information about the workflow, including its name, data fields, and extraction links.

• Workflow Name: Displays the name of the selected workflow.

• Available Details: Lists the data fields the workflow is configured to extract

• Extraction Links: Provides a list of URLs the scheduled workflow will extract data from. Click View Links to see the full list.

Datasets

Specifies the dataset where the scheduled workflow will store the extracted data. Simply click on the dataset name to navigate directly to it.

Schedule Summary

Offers an overview of the schedule summary.

• Start Date: The date the scheduled workflow is set to begin.

• Start Time: The time the scheduled workflow is scheduled to start.

• Repeat Frequency: How often the scheduled workflow will run.

• Runs On: The specific time the workflow is scheduled to run.

• Ends On: Indicates when the schedule will stop(date or number of runs).

Scheduled Runs

Displays the execution history of the scheduled workflow, along with its current status:

• Completed: Successfully run and finished.

• Failed: Encountered errors during execution.

• Processing: Currently in progress.
