Platform Domain Change & Extension Sync
We are excited to inform you about an important update regarding the Pline platform. As part of our ongoing improvements, we have moved our platform domain from platform.pline.io to platform.pline.ai. Here's everything you need to know about this change, how it affects your workflow, and what you can do to ensure a smooth transition.
We want to reassure you that this domain change will not affect any data you have in your account. All your data, workflows, and settings will remain intact, and there will be no data loss or disruption caused by this transition. The only change will be how you access the platform and use the extension.
What's Changed?
Platform Domain Migration
The Pline platform has moved from platform.pline.io to platform.pline.ai.
From now on, the Pline browser extension will only sync with the new platform.pline.ai domain, not the old platform.pline.io domain.
Extension Compatibility
The new version of the extension will not be compatible with the platform.pline.io platform so users need to switch to platform.pline.ai.
What Happens if I Use the Old Domain?
If you use the extension with platform.pline.io, you may experience conflicts due to the platform and extension no longer being in sync.
The extension may not function as expected when connected to the platform.pline.io domain, and you may encounter errors.
How to Resolve the Issue
Uninstall the Old Extension
Uninstall the existing version of the extension from your browser.
Install the New Version
Visit the Chrome Web Store and install the latest version of the Pline extension that is compatible with platform.pline.ai.
Log in through the Extension
After installing the new version, log in directly to platform.pline.ai via the extension. This will ensure your extension fully syncs with the new domain and avoids conflicts with the old .io domain.
Update Your Bookmarks
If you have bookmarked the old platform.pline.io domain, we recommend removing that bookmark and replacing it with platform.pline.ai.
Accessing the platform through the old domain may cause problems with your extension's functionality.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Extension: Uninstall the old version of the extension and install the new version from the Chrome Web Store.
Log in through the Extension: After installing the latest extension, login to platform.pline.ai directly via the extension.
