Pline offers powerful yet easy-to-use tools for managing scheduled workflows. You can view details, pause or delete workflows as needed to stay in control.

Below is an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide

Managing Schedules

  1. Log in to the Pline Platform

  2. Navigate to the Schedules tab, where you’ll find an overview of all scheduled workflows, including:

    • Schedule Name: The name of the workflow.

    • Frequency: How often the workflow runs.

    • Status: The current status of the workflow.

    • Last Run: The date and time of the last scheduled run.

    • Next Run: The date and time of the next scheduled run.

Pausing a Schedule

If you temporarily don’t need a scheduled workflow, follow these steps to pause it:

  • Find the schedule you want to pause in the 'Schedules'.

  • Click the three dots next to the schedule name.

  • Select 'Pause schedule' to complete the action.

The schedule will remain paused until you reactivate it.

Deleting a Schedule

If you no longer need a scheduled workflow, you can remove them with the following steps:

  • Find the schedule you want to remove in the 'Schedules'.

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the schedule name.

  • Select 'Delete schedule' to remove it from your list.

Once deleted, the workflow cannot be recovered.
