Enable Encryption on Existing Workflows

End-to-End Encryption can also be enabled for workflows already created and saved in the platform.

Here’s how to enable encryption on existing workflows:

Step 1: Launch the Extension

Open the Pline Browser Extension, click "Get Started" in either mode, and navigate to the "My Workflow" section to select the workflow for encrypted data extraction.

Step 2: Enable Encryption

In the workflow setup screen, expand the Advanced Settings section. Check the box labeled Enable end-to-end encryption.

Step 3: Generate or select an encryption key

If you're using the encryption feature for the first time, click "Generate Key" to create one. Otherwise, select an existing key from the dropdown.

Ensure that you store your encryption key securely. Pline does not retain your decryption key and cannot recover it.

Click Create Dataset to start the workflow. Pline will extract and store your data in an encrypted form, ensuring complete privacy and security.
