# Creating a New Schedule
Pline’s Schedule Workflow feature lets you configure and automate data extraction workflows to run at specific times, eliminating manual effort and ensuring reliable results.
Here's how to schedule a new workflow :
### **Step 1: Access the Pline Platform**
* Navigate to the **Schedules** section and click the "**Create a new Schedule**" button.
### **Step 2: Set Up the Workflow**
* Click the '**Select a workflow'** dropdown and choose the workflow you want to schedule.
* Enter the URLs for data extraction.
* Click the **Validate Link** to confirm the workflow matches the URLs

The URLs must belong to the same domain as the selected workflow.

* Remove any invalid links if detected, then click **Next**.
### **Step 3: Create or Append a Dataset**
* Choose to create a new dataset or append to an existing one, and click next to proceed.
### **Step 4: Configure Schedule Settings**
* Enter a schedule name, start date, and time. Set the repeat frequency and end condition (Never, End Date, or After X Runs), and optionally enable email notifications.
* Review the schedule summary and click **Schedule** to confirm.
