Creating a New Schedule
Pline’s Schedule Workflow feature lets you configure and automate data extraction workflows to run at specific times, eliminating manual effort and ensuring reliable results.
Here's how to schedule a new workflow :
Step 1: Access the Pline Platform
Navigate to the Schedules section
Click on Create a new Schedule button.

Step 2: Set Up the Workflow
Select a workflow or use the dropdown to select the required workflow for scheduling.

Enter the URLs for data extraction.
Click the Validate Link to confirm the workflow matches the URLs

Remove any invalid links if detected, then click Next.

Step 3: Create or Append a Dataset
Choose to create a new dataset or append to an existing one, and click next to proceed.

Step 4: Configure Schedule Settings
Enter a schedule name, start date, and time. Set the repeat frequency and end condition (Never, End Date, or After X Runs), and optionally enable email notifications.

Review the schedule summary and click Schedule to confirm.
